Because of the nature of Android each manufacturer can have their own default mail app that all work a little differently from each other. For that reason I recommend using the Gmail app as it works the same for all phones.
- On your phone, open the Gmail app. If you do not have it you can download it from the Play Store
- If you just downloaded the app, open it and then tap the button that says Add Account.
- If you were using it previously and had another account set up in it, open Gmail then tap your initials or photo in the top right. From that menu tap Add Another Account.
- The next steps will be the same whether you are adding an account in the app for the first time or if you were already using it to check another email address.
- The screen will say "Set up email" at the top, at the bottom of the screen tap "Other"
- On the next screen type your email address then tap "Next"
- On the next screen tap Personal (IMAP)
- On the next screen type you password for the email account then tap "Next"
- On the next screen that says "Incoming server settings" in the field that says "Server" type secure.emailsrvr.com and tap "Next"
- On the next screen that says "Outgoing server settings" in the SMTP server field type "secure.emailsrvr.com" and tap "Next"
- Tap "Next" again
- On the next screen it will have "Account Name" autofilled with your email address. In the field that says "Your name", type your name. Tap "Next" one last time.
That will finish setting up @cbtulsa/cbtahlequah/plazare.com address to be checked in the Gmail app. If you had multiple addresses set up in the app you can tap your initials or photo in the top right then on the menu that pops up tap any address name to switch between viewing their inboxes.
